We prioritize customers at Seward Community Cooperative because we are a community owned and operated business. Our shoppers own this co-op and live in the communities we serve. We commit to providing an authentic, welcoming, and informed experience to each of our customers. You are the reason we do our work.

Seward Co-op wants to keep owners and shoppers informed of any product recalls or issues regarding items we may carry. If you would like to receive updates on product recalls, please visit our blog or check our Instagram stories.

Returns are accepted for unsatisfactory purchases with proof of purchase, within 30 days of original purchase date.

Bring item & receipt to any of our stores for processing.  A Seward Co-op staff member can process returns at registers.  Seward Co-op owners purchase history can be accessed if needed, please ask a staff member for assistance with this.

By law, no refunds will be given for items purchased with eWIC.

Seward Co-op reserves the right to refuse any return requests.

Community members are welcome to purchase stamps and Metro Transit bus passes from our Customer Service desk.

Seward Co-op proudly accepts SNAP and WIC.
