Cooking with Koshiki: Tonkatsu/Chicken Katsu Teishoku (Virtual class)

February 2, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

In Japanese, Teishoku means “set-meal” and sometimes called “Ichiju San Sai,” one soup and three sides. It is a long-standing well-balanced and healthy meal that serves as a foundation for washoku (Japanese cooking).

Tonight, we will prepare tonkatsu, crispy panko-breaded pork, two healthy side vegetable dishes, miso soup, and steamed rice.
