Tsunkune (Chicken Japanese) Meatballs


2 package of Seward Tsukune meatballs

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon mirin

2 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoon olive oil


In a small bowl, add mirin, sugar and soy sauce, stir until sugar is dissolved.

Heat a large pan with oil on medium-high heat and add meatballs. Cook about 6 to 7 minutes, flipping often.

When meatballs are done, turn up heat and add sauce. Coat the meatballs in the sauce and cook for 3 minutes, the sauce will turn into a glaze.

Remove from heat, serve hot and top with green onions.
