1 lb of ground chicken (or any ground meat of choice)
1 tablespoon of rice powder
½ – 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
½ tablespoon of fish sauce
1 – 2 limes, juiced
2-3 small shallots
3 – 5 green onions
20-30 leaves of fresh mint
In sauce pan, add your choice of meat or protein with a cup of water and under medium heat until fully cooked.
Transfer the cooked meat or protein into a mixing bowl to cool off.
Add toasted rice powder, stir thoroughly.
Season with shallots, fish sauce, chili flakes, lime juice, and green onions.
Then add fresh mint leaves, and toss.
Enjoy with sticky rice, if you have any or simply eat it as a side dish.
