Cooking with Koshiki: Tanpopo-Style Chicken Wings (Virtual Class)

Cooking with Koshiki: Salmon Cake with Sweet Corn & Kabocha Rice (Virtual Class)

This salmon cake is made with Atlantic salmon, shucked sweet corn, panko, and seasoning. Panfried and served with homemade tartar sauce, this salmon cake is perfect for a hot summer or autumn dinner. We will pair the salmon with an easy kabocha- squash rice dish.

Seed Savers Exchange has announced a voluntary product recall of its Genovese Basil. This recall has been initiated due to an error during packaging. Some seed packets may contain another basil variety.

Nourish 101: Chickpea Salad (Virtual class)
