Wellness Wednesday is here! On the fourth Wednesday of every month, receive 10% off supplements and personal care products, including regular and sale priced items. Discounted items include skin and hair care, supplements, vitamins, protein powder, deodorant, toothpaste, menstruation products, among others. Wellness Wednesday discounts are available to owners and non-owners alike, and can be combined with owners’ quarterly 10% discount.
Some restrictions apply. Wellness Wednesday discounts do not include:
General merchandise, such as candles, bags, mugs, notebooks, apparel, etc. and Grocery items, like diapers
Clearance items
Special orders
Case quantity discounts
The 10% discount will be limited to stock on hand only. If an item runs out of stock on Wellness Wednesday, we cannot offer a raincheck for the discounted price.
Curbside and delivery orders picked up or delivered on Wellness Wednesday dates will receive the 10% discount on the applicable items. Orders picked up or delivered after Wellness Wednesday will not receive the discount, even if the orders were placed on a Wellness Wednesday date.
Cool off with a hot new deal: Frozen Friday! On Fridays July 19, August 16, and September 20, owners and non-owners alike save 10% on everything in the freezers, including, meat, seafood, frozen pizzas, frozen veggies, ice cream and more. The following conditions apply:
-Frozen Friday discounts cannot be stacked with other discounts, including owners’ quarterly discount

Stop by the Franklin store on Saturday, August 10 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.to sample a variety of different ice creams from Community Foods producers Milkjam Creamery and Sweet Science Ice Cream! We’ll have SIX different flavors to try (including vegan options) and you can vote for your favorites as you taste your way through this sweet sampler!

Kids ages 8-12 and their parent/guardian are invited to learn how to prepare simple, tasty meals using new and familiar ingredients found at Seward Co-op. We’ll learn basics of kitchen safety and give hands-on demonstrations with recipes you can make with your whole family!
In this class, we’ll be making Halloween guacamole cups complete with “spiderweb” garnish and homemade tortilla chips!
