Join sisters Francesca Garcia and Jessica Ferlaak, as they demonstrate their favorite elderberry syrup recipe. They will also show you how to make fire cider, a potent immune supporter. Learn tasty and creative ways to incorporate food as medicine into your life this cold and flu season!

Attendees should plan to bring two pint-sized jars or containers to take home samples of elderberry syrup and fire cider.
