Nourish 101 classes feature basic scratch-cooking techniques and dollar-stretching recipes that will feed a family of four for under $10 (under $15 for meat recipes). We will work through the process of making simple and great tasting dough: mixing a good sauce, prepping toppings and—best of all—tossing the crust! We will be getting messy, so don’t wear your fancy pants. We will also talk about how to get amazing results using any oven, with or without a pizza stone.
