All Natural Ribs & Wings

We now make 100% local all natural Ribs, Buffalo and Teriyaki Chicken Wings!  These items come fully cooked and are great for entertaining, snacking or a quick meal.  Just pop them in your oven for 10 minutes and bam-o, instant deliciousness! - Chris, Meat & Seafood Manager

New in the Deli:
Look for the brand new Mediterranean section of the salad bar, featuring pitas, feta, hummus, grape leaves, tabouli and more.

Hot Lunches
Seven days a week we offer a selection of hotlunch items. Stop by and try our diverse menu with items such as: Tandoori chicken, balsamic roast beets with caramelized onions, Vegetarian enchiladas verde and vegetarian pizza.

Sandwiches

We make sandwiches fresh everyday, plump with organic and natural ingredients. And they're always ready in our grab-and-go cooler. You can have a different sandwich every day, for example; sesame tempeh with red onions, juicy tomatoes, romaine lettuce with carrot cashew spread with on locally made fresh New French breads or Rudi's organic breads. On top of that, our deli meat is sliced fresh from all-natural Applegate or Beeler's roasts.

Don't forget to try our fabulous brownies and scones, with an assortment of vegan or gluten-free options.

Vegetarian and Vegan Foods

In the deli we work with fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients, and we also cater to the specialty diet. We offer vegetarian and vegan entrees like Artichoke Swiss Quiche, Pad Thai, and Spinach Calzones. We also offer healthy, handy salads including New Delhi Cashew Curry, Hunan Spring Salad, and Greek Orzo.

Soups

In addition to all these lovely dishes, we make daily homemade hot soups like Gypsy Stew, Spaghetti Squash Soup, and Curried Red Lentil Soup.

In the Deli we strive to make fabulously healthy food. Every day provides a fun and challenging opportunity to create delicious dishes, scrumptious smoothies, and fresh vegetable juices, and to offer fresh and mostly organic vegetables in our salad bar.
