Buffalo Chicken Sausage and Peppers


1 package Kadejan Buffalo Chicken Sausage, sliced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
ΒΌ cup blue cheese dressing
3 tablespoon hot sauce
2 cups baby spinach
Hoagie buns


Heat oil in skillet and add sausage. Cook sausage until lightly brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Add onions and peppers to sausage and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Transfer to mixing bowl. Add blue cheese dressing and hot sauce to mixing bowl, and mix until well combined.
Place hoagie buns on a plate and place spinach on buns. Top with sausage mixture.
