Wild Acres Processing, Inc. is a family-run poultry and game farm located in Pequot Lakes, Minn. Owned by second-generation proprietor Pat Ebnet, Wild Acres specializes in the local hatching, raising, and distribution of birds, from chickens and ducks to pheasants and turkeys. Throughout the lifecycle of the birds, the animals rotate through different areas of the facility, from incubators to free-range areas, with the intention of prioritizing the comfort and mobility of the birds with each move to a new space. Fresh poultry and game from Wild Acres can be found in many restaurants throughout the Twin Cities, as well as local markets like Seward Co-op!

Wild Acres strives to provide the freshest local farm-direct poultry, while caring for its birds with an eye to comfortability, ample space to roam, and regular health monitoring. Additionally, Wild Acres implements a number of sustainable practices, including on-site composting and reusable containers for poultry transport.
