All about Edibles with +PlusCBD

Whether you’re curious or are a seasoned edibles user, come learn about the importance of balancing use to keep your nervous system working optimally. We’ll explore heritage strains and learn why CBD is critical in today’s markets flooded with isolates and hybrid strains.
Attendees will be able to save 30% on +PlusCBD products after class from 7:00-10:00pm at the Franklin Ave store location.

This is a 21+ class – instructors will be checking IDs at the start of class.

Board of Directors February Meeting

February 27 @ 6:15 pm - 8:00 pm

Meetings of Seward Co-op’s Board of Directors are open to any co-op owner. The next monthly board meeting is virtual and will be held Tuesday, February 27. To indicate your intention to attend, please email board@seward.coop prior to February 27. This will allow us to provide you the virtual meeting link. Captions are available upon request, and if you have a need for other accommodations, please include them in your email and we will do our best to meet them.

Seward Co-op’s Board of Directors is comprised of nine elected co-op owners who serve the co-op for three-year terms. The board typically meets 9-10 times a year on the last Tuesday of the month, at 6:15 p.m. The co-op’s board of directors appreciates hearing from you! They are available to answer questions and provide information about cooperative governance.

Save the date for Seward Co-op’s annual CSA Fair!

Seward Co-op is dedicated to helping build a food system that values inclusivity, environmental responsibility, equity, and access. Visit our CSA Fair to see these values in action! Join us in the parking lot of the Creamery building on Saturday, April 27th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. to learn about local farms and speak directly with farmers to choose a CSA share that is right for you and your household.
This event is free and open to all – RSVP is not required, but if you register via Eventbrite, we will send you a reminder email before the event.

Microgreens: Cascarones – A Smashing Mexican Easter Tradition!

March 16 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Learn about the Mexican tradition of making and enjoying cascarones- decorated, confetti-filled eggs used for Easter celebrations. Seward Co-op staff member Natalia Mendez will share stories from their family about the history of the eggs, as well as instruct how to make, decorate, and enjoy them – with a crack over the heads of friends! This is a family-friendly, hands-on event.
