Everyone Welcome

We are looking to welcome new instructors to our virtual classroom this winter!  Seward Co-op strives to provide fun, educational opportunities that reflect our culturally diverse communities. We are seeking individuals interested in teaching fellow community members on topics centered on natural food, health, food justice and cooperative education. If you are interested in teaching a Seward Co-op class this winter  please submit a proposal using our online form by Thursday, Oct. 15!

Class Details

Seward Co-op’s virtual classes are conducted via Zoom. Instructors have the option of instructing their class from home, office or out of the Friendship store classroom kitchen. Seward Co-op staff will provide support and technical assistance for either option. Instructors are paid a flat rate for teaching. All virtual classes will be free and open to the public- we have had 50 to 100 folks participating in our virtual classes from Minneapolis and in other parts of the world!

Note: For cooking classes, all ingredients used in recipes must be sourced from Seward Co-op, and we will cover the cost of ingredients up to $50.
