In this class, Seward Co-op Franklin wellness department manager Caroline Keefe will join Ben Lipkin, co-founder of Carpe Diem CBD; & James Streif of You Betcha Cannabis, to de-mystify the variety of edibles, oils, and more that can be found at Seward Co-op. Learn the differences between CBD and THC and the health benefits of hemp-derived products. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and learn how to choose which products are right for you. This is a 21+ class – instructors will be checking IDs at the start of class.
