Co-op Partners Warehouse has initiated a recall of Everything Sprouts’ Alfalfa Sprouts, Organic Alfalfa Sprouts, and Salad Blend Organic Sprouts due to Shiga Toxin-producing E. coli, Salmonella cases linked to alfalfa sprouts.
