Grilled Chicken Wings


8 chicken wings

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon old bay

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Grill Prep:

If using charcoal grill, place about 20 in grill in a pyramid shape. Coat with lighter fluid and light the coals. Let the coals turn gray, about 10 to 15 minutes, then spread the coals into an even layer.

For propane, turn burners on high heat, lower the lid and heat for 15 minutes then turn burners to medium heat.

For Chicken:

Combine all the seasoning in a small bowl and distribute seasoning evenly on chicken.

Spread wings on the grill skin side down and avoid overcrowding, if using small grill, cook 4 at a time.

Cook for about 30 minutes then flip over and cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove from grill and serve.
