TC Farm is a group of sustainable family farms dedicated to raising the most ethical food in Minnesota. Founded by Jack & Betsy McCann in 2010, TC Farm delivers pasture-raised meats, locally sourced organic produce, free-range eggs, and more to their members throughout the Twin Cities. TC Farm proud partners with like-minded farmers who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment, strengthening their local community, and transforming our food system for the better.
