Cool weather is the time to pull out your soup pot and get that soup simmering once again. Join Chef AmyLeo, live from Lutsen MN, to learn how to make wholesome, creamy, plant-based soups. Freshly purchased veggies or those on the other side of crisp can be used for the base and the “cream”. These soups are easy to make, great for freezing, and easy on the pocket book. In this class we will make Cream of Celery Soup AND learn how to alter this recipe for a variety of other soups.
