Pam Powell is the founder of Salad Girl Organic Salad Dressings, a small Twin Cities family business that has been making flavorful organic salad dressings for 16 years. Salad Girl sprouted from Pam’s summer job as a teenager, which led to a lifelong love of eating and preparing fresh and flavorful dressings. Salad Girl cold-blends their dressings to maintain organic ingredients’ delicious flavor and nutrients.
Salad Girl Salad Dressings do not contain any preservatives, cane sugar, soy, or corn syrup. Their products are organic, dairy-free, gluten-free, certified kosher, and non-GMO. They offer vegan dressings in surprising and unique flavors, including Crisp Apple Maple, Pomegranate Pear, and Citrus Splash Vinaigrette (try it on a spring mix with toasted almonds and sliced blood orange!). And recently, Salad Girl introduced their first creamy, organic dressings – also dairy-free: Dude Ranch, Lemony Caesar, and Sweet & Sassy.
