Smoked Salmon Pasta
Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cups heavy cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Kosher salt
Black pepper
1/2 pound Everret’s Smoke Salmon, cut into pieces
2 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
In a large pot of boiling salted water, add pasta and cook for 12 minutes or al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of water.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add chicken broth, lemon juice and dill to pan and cook until sauce is reduced.
Add cream and cook for about one minute or two then add salmon. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Toss in cooked pasta and add a little bit of water to pasta to get it creamy and smooth.
