Indian-Spiced Tuna Fishcakes // Nourish
Ingredients
2 cans olive oil or water-packed tuna, drained
1 potato, boiled until fork tender and mashed
2 tsp cumin powder
1-2 tsp cayenne (or to taste)
2 tsp garam masala
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Olive oil for sautéing
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except egg in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Roll mixture into small balls and flatten. Coat both sides in beaten egg
Heat olive oil in a a frying pan over medium heat. Add patties and pan fry until golden.
Serve with mixed greens salad.
Makes 8-9 cakes
