Broccoli and Cheese Pasta
2 cups Taking Stock Unsalted Chicken Bone Broth
1/2 cup orzo pasta
1 head of broccoli, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Toasted almonds to serve, optional
In a medium saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add pasta, turn down heat to a low simmer and cover pot. Cook for 15 minutes.
When pasta has cooked, add broccoli, stir and cover.
Let sit for 5 more minutes. Add butter and cheese, stir to combine.
Garnish with almonds.
