Prairie Hollow Farm came into being in 1986 on a beautiful farm near Dover, MN. Farmer Pam Benike’s family milked cows, made cheese and grew vegetables, marketing primarily through farmers markets.
In 1996, they began our CSA program with 20 customers in their rural area. In 2005, they farm moved to Elgin, MN, becoming the fourth and fifth generation to farm the beautiful piece of land Prairie Hollow Farm is currently on. Their goal is to provide their customers with delicious, wholesome food and to brighten their day with words of encouragement.
“We strive to be good stewards of the land, using it to produce good food for our animals, our family, and our customers; always enriching and replenishing its resources, so that our children and the generations to come will be able to enjoy its beauty, benefit from its bounty and recognize that it is a gift from God.”
