Prairie Hollow Farm came into being in 1986 on a beautiful farm near Dover, MN. Farmer Pam Benike’s family milked cows, made cheese and grew vegetables, marketing primarily through farmers markets.
In 1996, they began our CSA program with 20 customers in their rural area. In 2005, they farm moved to Elgin, MN, becoming the fourth and fifth generation to farm the beautiful piece of land Prairie Hollow Farm is currently on. Their goal is to provide their customers with delicious, wholesome food and to brighten their day with words of encouragement.
