Husband and wife team Florence and James Craig have always desired to bring more beauty, kindness, and encouragement into the world. So when Florence received a professional printer from James as a surprise gift, it would spark an idea: printing cards on plantable, seed-embedded paper. These unique gifts would bring joy not just for the messages they carried, but also for their ability to be transformed into wildflowers or herbs. Fueled by a commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, nurturing pollinators, encouraging encouragement, and cultivating kindness, Florence and James began hand making the seed cards, featuring beautiful watercolor illustrations by Florence; non-invasive, non-GMO, drought-resistant, and pollinator-friendly seeds; and printed on 100% recycled and FSC certified paper. Florence makes the cards from her home studio in Minneapolis, where James also builds the card displays, which are made from wood.
