Making Fire Cider: Food as Medicine

November 19 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
A graphic for the Indigenous Foods Class Series

Since 2021, we have been proud to co-present the Indigenous Foods Class Series, a program developed through Seward Co-op’s long-term partnership with Dream of Wild Health, and the Indigenous Food Network (IFN), a collaborative of Native-led community organizations in Minneapolis who are working together to rebuild a sovereign food system.

Francesca and Jessica will demonstrate how to make fire cider, a potent immune supporter. Learn tasty and creative ways to incorporate food as medicine into your life this cold and flu season!
