Indigenous Foods- Make Your Own Tea Blend

Since 2021, we have been proud to co-present the Indigenous Foods Class Series, a program developed through Seward Co-op’s long-term partnership with Dream of Wild Health, and the Indigenous Food Network (IFN), a collaborative of Native-led community organizations in Minneapolis who are working together to rebuild a sovereign food system.
Join Francesca and Jessica in learning about different herbs and their medicinal properties. Attendees can mix and match herbs that compliment each other for your own personal needs.
