Cooking with Koshiki – Japanese Comfort Food (Virtual class)

Nothing is more satisfying than the comfort food you grew up eating: Tonjiru (miso soup with pork and root vegetables), Onigiri (rice balls), and Sukiyaki Style Beef and Tofu. These recipes are healthy and comfort food I grew up eating in my Japanese grandma’s kitchen and continue to cook for my family. Learn the comfort food of Japan with me.
