Seward Co-op has a long history of making sausage. We started the program when the Franklin store was still housed at 2111 E. Franklin Ave. before moving down the street to its current location. Whether you like to fire up the grill in the winter or are looking for new ways to incorporate a variety of flavors into your weekday meals, Seward-made sausages are versatile and can be enjoyed anytime. They can be eaten on their own with a simple side and also be a great addition to winter soups, and stews.

Stout Brat: a Co-op to Co-op Collaboration
Add some variety to your weeknights with our new seasonal Stout Brat. Made in collaboration with local, small-scale and cooperatively owned brewery, Broken Clock Brewing Co-op.
The flavors are inspired by European goulash and is made with beef and pork from Community Foods farm Peterson Craftsman Meats, Broken Clock’s Stout, lard-roasted onions and garlic and piquillo peppers. It’s spiced with marjoram, smoked paprika, long pepper (for its woody and earthy flavor), mustard seed and caraway seed.
