Seward Co-op has issued a voluntary recall of all Seward Co-op ground frozen chubs packed on June 19, 2019 and a sell by date of June 21, 2019. One customer returned impacted product reporting contamination with metal fragments. All potentially impacted product has been removed and the issue leading to the potential contamination has been remedied. The product that is currently on the shelf is not affected.

Affected product may have been sold from 6/1/19 to 7/15/19 at both Seward Co-op stores (Franklin and Friendship). If you purchased this product at Seward Co-op, it will be fully refunded at either our Franklin or Friendship store Customer Service desks.
