Cold Press Coffee Concentrate

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans, or grounds
  • Water

Instructions

  1. If not already ground, coarsely grind your coffee. You need about 1 cup of grounds.
  2. Transfer coffee grounds to the container you’re making the cold brew in.
  3. Pour 4 cups water over top (filtered water for best taste). Stir gently.
  4. Steep overnight, for up to 12 hours, on the counter or refrigerated. Cover the jar with a lid or small plate.
  5. Strain the coffee through a strainer of your choice.
  6. Store in the fridge, and when ready to use, top it off with water or milk to taste. This concentrate keeps in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy for up to a week.
