This month we reached a major milestone: Food production at the Creamery has begun! The bakery and sausage production are now operating out of the Creamery kitchens, and deliveries to the Franklin store will start next month. Eventually, the Creamery will supply product to the Friendship store, as well, when it opens in October.
We are preparing for the café opening in late July. Earlier this month, the parking lot and loading dock were completed, and landscaping around the building, by Tangletown Gardens, is nearly done. We are currently focusing on interior finishes, such as furniture, branding and signage. Chef Lucas Almendinger is working on the menu, which we hope to announce very soon.
