Maple Sumac Popcorn
One of the best ways to get kids excited about healthy food is to cook with them in the kitchen. By bringing kids into the kitchen, they can learn how to prepare healthy meals and snacks, and gain exposure to more healthy foods.
Maple sumac popcorn is one of our favorite kid-friendly recipes and can mostly be prepared by kids, but it is helpful to have an adult in the kitchen for tasks that involve using a stove.
