It’s a Go for Mangoes!
Many people crave the tart, bright flavors of mangoes in desserts and beverages, and at Seward Co-op, we think one of the best ways to enjoy them is when they are fresh! Right now, we are excited to offer organic Kent and Ataulfo mangoes. Though both have their varietal origins in different places–Kent in Florida and Ataulfo in Chiapas, Mexico–they’re grown across the Americas. Kent mangoes are larger, with more tender flesh, while Ataulfo mangoes are smaller with a more buttery inside. Both are sweet, juicy, and perfect for eating straight from the produce shelf.
