Lowry Hill Provisions produces a variety of salumi and sausage made from locally sourced heritage breed pork. In early 2023, Lowry Hill Provisions opened in the northeast Minneapolis Food Building, taking over the spot from the previous tenants, Red Table Meat Company. Lowry Hill continues Red Table’s tradition of whole animal butchery. Their goal of exceptional quality and customer connection came into focus through learning and respecting the craft of salumi, and having retail experience in their former shop, Lowry Hill Meats. Today, Lowry Hill Provisions is excited to be part of the history of the Minneapolis restaurant scene, as well as boutique and natural food meat shops & departments, including Seward Co-op.
