Jack and the Green Sprouts has recalled lot number 687 of their alfalfa sprouts after a safety test on the product discovered the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria monocytogenes is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. No other Jack and the Green Sprouts products are affected by this recall.

Seward Co-op may have sold these products from Jan. 15-29, 2025. No affected product was found in our current inventory. If you purchased these products with the following lot number at Seward Co-op, they will be fully refunded at the store they were purchased.
