Than Zaw, a Burmese native, spent decades of his life as a chef. From his time in Malaysia to his move to the United States, Zaw’s years of experience led him to bring his sushi expertise into local markets, and even to the Super Bowl LII at U.S. Bank Stadium. His business, Intown Sushi, now supplies authentic, high-quality sushi in convenient packaging to over 40 locations throughout the Twin Cities. Their traditionally trained chefs prepare fresh sushi daily, with their rolls, bowls, nigiri, and more in the Grab & Go Deli sections of the Franklin and Friendship stores.
