While summer doesn’t technically start until June 20, many people consider Memorial Day to be the official start of summer — a time to fire up the grill and remember those who have passed. This year, the holiday falls on Monday, May 30, the stores will be open regular hours from 8 a.m.–10 p.m. and the Co-op Creamery Café will be open 8 a.m.–2 p.m. We’re hosting a grilling sale from May 16–May 29, offering a little something for everyone.
