Learn About Fair Anita
Fair Anita collaborates with over 8,000 talented artisan partners and brilliant women to create jewelry, accessories, and gifts. Each artisan cooperative – across four continents and nine countries – specializes in different techniques and materials. All products are made by hand from materials sourced in local communities, making each Fair Anita piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Fair Anita strives to build a more inclusive economy for women and recognizes that artisan partners are crucial to changing the future of fashion. Fair Anita was built on a vision – one where women and girls can grow up feeling safe, respected, and valued no matter their geography. As changemakers, artisan partners are on the ground making a positive impact both at home and within their local communities. These cooperatives prioritize the full humanity of each artisan: paying two to four times the minimum wage, plus health insurance and educational scholarships. They’re innovators in using sustainable, often recycled materials, and they’re constantly adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of their beloved communities.
Find Fair Anita products at both Seward Co-op stores! They will also be at a number of upcoming holiday events in the metro area during December.
