1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 Miracle whip
4 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and pepper
Rinse off potatoes and boil in a large pot of water with skin on. Cook until tender and let them cool to the touch. Once the potatoes are cool, peel off the skin, cut into cubes and place in a large bowl.
In the large bowl with potatoes, add miracle whip, mayo, eggs, sweet relish and paprika. Mix until well combine and season with salt and pepper.
Place potato salad in the fridge and chill until cool or can fridge over night.
