SUMMARY:Lao New Year Spring Rolls (In-person class)
DESCRIPTION:Happy Lao New Year! Lizzie from Seward Co-op will show us how to make fresh spring rolls – a fun and easy dish to make\, and a staple of Southeast Asian cuisine. \nFrom Lizzie- “When I was growing up\, my family would all work together to churn out a ton of spring rolls (sometimes up to 100 of them) and have them as a side dish along with all of our other Laotian dishes for the new year. It was a great way to spend quality time with my family so I really associate spring rolls happy memories. They are very healthy\, and you can make them either vegan or with shrimp. These spring rolls are perfect along with sweet chili or peanut dipping sauce!” \nIn-person class- Friendship store classroom \n$10 / $5 for Seward Co-op owners \nLizzie Voravong\, Seward Co-op \nWhat to expect: The Friendship store is located at 317 E. 38th St. Minneapolis\, MN.
