In Collective Courage, Jessica Gordon Nembhard chronicles African American cooperative business ownership and its place in the movements for Black civil rights and economic equality. Join us for a discussion of the book, the movement, and how this work connects to the local co-op movement, including Seward Co-op’s expansion. Reading the book is recommended but not required.
