Learn about Indian cuisine and spices from a health and wellness perspective. We’ll make Goan Chicken Curry and Mumbai Potatoes and learn how the use of spices can enliven any dish and boost your immune system. Cheryllyne Vaz is originally from Mumbai, India, and absolutely adores cooking Indian food. Her tutors were her mother, her maternal grandmother and her Aunty Philo.
