House-Made Haggis

Seward Co-op's haggis is great because it's handmade with local beef organ meat; which means there are more vitamins and minerals than other cuts of meat. Haggis has a really smooth texture and rich flavor. And since it's already cooked, there's really no preparation except re-heating it. It's great when taken out of its casing and fried up with eggs. Patronage Refund
If you're a Seward Co-op member, you'll notice a number or points at the bottom of your receipt each time you shop. These points apply to your patronage refund account. All co-op members receive a patronage refund, which is a refund proportional to the amount spent at the co-op during any profitable year. One point equals 1 penny spent. So, for example, 100 points = $1 spent. It's an easy way to keep track of how much you've shopped at the co-op.
