Visit Seward Co-op's bakery for a delicious variety of cakes, pies, muffins, cookies and cream puffs (gluten-free, too!). Choose a banana bread slice, savory scone or slice of cheesecake to complement a meal from the Deli or one you make at home. Our staff makes dough for Seward Co-op's pizzas, pot pies and pasties in house with organic flour. A number of the bakery's recipes are vegan or made without gluten*, as well. (*Due to 2014 revised FDA regulations, Seward Co-op bakery items will no longer be labeled as gluten-free because our products are not produced in a gluten-free facility and may not meet the maximum 20 ppm gluten threshold.)
Our Co-op Creamery Café also offers an assortment of Seward Co-op muffins, scones, and other baked goods daily!
