Consuming probiotic foods, like fermented sauerkraut, yogurt, and kombucha has multiple health benefits, including improving digestion, detoxification, immunity, and mood. Fermentation is also a fun and delicious way to preserve the bounty of your backyard garden or CSA share. Learn how to make your own probiotic foods in this hands-on class.
