Get a CSA farmer's perspective on how to have an especially delicious, zero-waste growing season with your Community Supported Agriculture farm share. We'll talk about simple, creative tactics for preparing and preserving your produce throughout the season and about putting the “C” in CSA. Wherever your CSA is located and whatever it's like, this class will help make sure you get the most from your farm experience.

Michael Pursell is a native of St. Paul, Minnesota and a lifelong lover of eating, growing, preserving and preparing food. He began farming as a student, intern, and then student teacher at the University of Minnesota’s Cornercopia Student Organic Farm and joined Growing Lots Urban Farm in 2012. He’s currently in denial that his obsession with garlic requires professional treatment.
Please register for this event at Customer Service. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the date of the class. Classes may be cancelled by Seward Co-op (for a full refund) if there isn’t a sufficient number of attendees registered.
