Here is your chance to learn how to make a quick, affordable, healthful dinner for two–three people. You will learn how to chop and sauté vegetables, mix up a sauce, and cook rice to pair with it. We will also go over the price breakdown and talk about shopping at the co-op on a budget.
$12/$10 co-op owners

Please register for this event at Customer Service. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the date of the class. Classes may be cancelled by Seward Co-op (for a full refund) if there isn’t a sufficient number of attendees registered.
