Visualize the unseen physiological functions of fat through art. Using specialized props, exercise physiologist Ed Watson illustrates the body’s cellular responses to specific fats, stress, and exercise — specifically oxidative stress, free radical damage, and inflammation. Additionally, learn how the body “selectively” burns fat and carbohydrates just as a Toyota Prius utilizes electricity or gasoline relative to speed.
