Let's debunk the cholesterol myths and talk about how to really eat for heart health. In this class we will discuss how dietary cholesterol got such a bad reputation and what the real culprits are when it comes to heart disease. You will learn how to eat for heart health and specific foods/nutrients that can improve your cholesterol panel.
